and coats. We do ask that to determine
which size collar to order that you Measure
your pet's neck (please allow sufficient
leeway for comfort (add 1” to the measurement).

We maintain no responsibility for any incorrect
measurements provided. So please provide
an accurate measurement.
To measure for collars, coats and sweaters.
For the Collar:
Measure the circumference of the neck.
For the Top:
Measure from the neck to the base
of the tail. Basically, it should be where
you would like for the coat to end.
For the Bottom:
Measure the distance between the back
of the foreleg and the front of the hind leg.
For the Girth :
Measure around the ribcage, at the widest area.
For the Height:
Measure from the top of the shoulder
to the floor.

For orders in the contiguous United States

merchandise will be shipped via the United States
Postal Service and an appropriate shipping fee

All International orders and/or shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses,
Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher shipping charges based on the weight
of the order and will be added accordingly.

Returns/Exchanges
For all orders that are returned
- Smitherman & Barnwell charge a 20%
restocking fee. However, if you
should receive a product that you believe
is defective, we ask that you contact Smitherman & Barnwell
LLC immediately and provide us with the
order number, style number, style name
and description of the defect. A customer
service representative will work with you
personally to resolve the issue.
Refunds
We cannot refund shipping charges
of returned merchandise. Return shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We suggest customers send all returns via
insured mail for protection in the event
of loss or damage.
