Ga Ga Collection to Hackensack University Medical
Center Foundation for the care of babies. We welcome

Starting in 2006, it's a whole new world for family
healthcare as The
Sarkis and Siran Gabrellian Women's and Children's
Pavilion
opens its doors at Hackensack
University Medical Center. Virtually every
healthcare service a family might need - from the
most routine medical care to the most complex - will
now be available under a single roof.
The 300,000 square-foot multi-story The
Sarkis and
Siran
Gabrellian Pavilion is
home to The Joseph M. Sanzari Children's Hospital,
The Donna A. Sanzari Women's Hospital, and the Mark
MessierSkyway for Tomorrow's Children.
By centralizing services for mothers
and children in one location, we hope to provide
seamless high quality care to every family in the
region, offer pediatric and women's inpatient
services, including state-of-the-art maternal-fetal
medicine suites, labor and delivery rooms, two
mother/baby units, and a high-risk ante-partum
care unit. What's more, we have added many ancillary
programs that promote family-centered care. For
example, our transitional nursery enables mothers to
room with their critically ill newborn . . . a
comfort to parent and child alike.
Equally important, The Sarkis
and Siran
Gabrellian Women's and
Children's Pavilion was designed to provide a
family-friendly environment . . . a place where the
technological trappings of healthcare are made less
frightening to our young patients, and where the
entire family can be as comfortable as possible.
