I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how excited we were at HandsNpaws to discover your creations. As you know, we look at hundreds of pet items from different suppliers every month, but few make the cut for our customers in terms of quality or creativity. I don't know how you've managed to come up with so many different collars each with a distinct look that is not only captivating, but meets the needs of a growing number of pet owners with performance or "show" dogs. There's a demand for collars that will stand out on small dogs particularly those that are furry or white. A plain nylon collar set just doesn't work anymore. Moreover, a dainty collar, though becoming, is often lost on such dogs. Your collars manage to have substance to them, but they are not bulky or overwhelming. What a terrific blend of ingenuity and function. Thanks so much for the "hands-on" customer service. We look forward to a long term and productive relationship!
